Select the 'Change Featured Image' link on the left.
There are 3 ways to choose your homepage image.
- 1. Use any random image. This option will select a random image as your homepage image each time the page is refreshed.
- 2. Select an image from the most recently added album. Use the drop down list to select from the first image, a random image, or the most recent image from the latest album.
- 3. Choose an image by album. Using the drop down box, select from your list of albums. The image list will update with the names of the images in the selected album. Select the option 'first image' to always show the first image in the selected album. Likewise, you can select the random image or recent image options. Otherwise, select an image name to preview the image in the right panel.

Specify whether to watermark the image on the homepage using the checkbox below the preview. (Note: This option is only available when you explicitly select an image.)
You can decide whether or not to display the image name and caption (description), using the checkbox at the bottom of the form. If selected, this information will be displayed directly below the image on your homepage.
Click the 'Save Featured' button to save your changes.

Once logged in as an administrator, navigate to 'Templates' > 'Customize homepage'.
Select the 'Change Featured Thumbnails' link on the left.
Choose from random thumbnails, most popular images (based on the number of views), most recent additions to your gallery, or none to remove the thumbnails from your homepage.
Click the 'Save' button.

Once logged in as an administrator, navigate to 'Templates' > 'Customize homepage'.
Select the 'Set Homepage Text' link on the left.
Select the position you would like the text to appear on your homepage - above or below your homepage image.
Enter the text to be displayed on your homepage. NOTE: You may also enter HTML code using this text box for advanced control over your homepage style. To remove all text from your homepage, simply leave this text box blank.
Click the 'Save' button.
